DAY REHABILITATION SERVICES
- Provide training in leading successful, productive lives in the community
- Prepare individuals to pursue education, vocational training and/or employment goals
- Focus on interpersonal and social skills, self-care skills, mental health education, community integration and resources, and pre-vocational skills
- Assist with job readiness and placement through our Supported Employment Program

CASE MANAGEMENT
Intensive Case Management is a voluntary program to assist participants in accessing:
- Mental health services
- Medical care
- Housing
- Education/Training/Employment
- Financial assistance/Entitlements
- Legal advocacy
- Social activities

RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM (RRP)
- Provide housing and rehabilitative services
- Monitor medications
- Assist with obtaining entitlements
- Focus on daily living, budgeting, accessing community resources, and other skills necessary for independent living

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (SEP)
People with disabilities such as psychiatric or learning disabilities are matched with employers, who receive tax benefits. Supportive Employment provides:
- Job Coaches
- Transportation to and from work
- Assistive technology, Computer Lab
- Specialized job training
- Individually tailored job supervision
